Price in Euros (€) for per person/ night.
Children till the age of 12 are free of local tourist tax.
Children in the age from 13 till 18 pay 50% of the local tourist tax.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

At the moment of making the reservation 30% of the total price has to be paid, upon the estimation, on to the bank account. The rest of the sum is to be paid on the day of arrival, when you'll get the receipt.
On the day of arrival deposit of 200 € is obligatory.
The price covers local tourist tax, checking–in and checking-out procedures, the final house cleaning, electricity and water consumption, usage of cutlery and utensils, change of linen and towels on a week base.
